This new role is a part of Husqvarna Global Professional division and the Customer Care department. Customer Care is a global organization created to support the Aftermarket activities in the areas of parts and accessories pricing and sales, launch of service offers, product and service quality and customer satisfaction. We are driving the servitization and customer satisfaction initiatives with a vision to become the preferred solutions provider to our customers.
About the role

In this role you will be impacting several key areas related to our professional customer satisfaction: Service contract portfolio, commercial P&A business, Digital services, Services processes, New business models, professional training among others.
This senior position within the global Customer Care team, offers development potential and freedom to advance to new career opportunities in the mid-term.
- Defining the global BU P&A strategy including targets & key measurements
- Accelerate and secure execution of global P&A activities supporting regional and local execution
- Establish P&A within Service Offers and Digital Solutions
- Cooperate closely with, EPAC and North American Service Teams
- Orchestrate P&A marketing together with main Customer Segment Unit Stakeholders into finished goods marketing to utilize synergies and highlight the message of Husqvarna as a solutions provider
- Develop P&A Channel Strategies and Go To Market Concepts
- Develop Cross Divisional P&A Knowledge through operational projects and networking
- Ambassador core Genuine P&A messaging and business cases for implementation P&A into Divisional/Group Programs
You are passionate and energetic with the intrinsic drive to continuously improve our and your own performance. You have a strong analytical skillset with the ability to digest complex information and bring back to its’ core messages. You are a convincing presenter, have the ability to influence people and is recognized as an innovation leader with network development skills.
You have a market experience of spare part and accessory business > 7 years, preferably in a multi sales channel environment. You have leadership experience within Parts & Accessories or After Sales is preferred. You have a good understanding of future developments in the P&A area and their implications and how to encompass those, planning ahead in such developments. You have excellent track record of customer focused service delivery.
You are fluent in English (preferably also additional languages) and willing to travel ~10%.
